Click.... and You're Gone...

One awesome thing about living in 21st century is that with one click of a button you can make a person disappear from your life like they never have been there.


Bothersome photos? No problem... click.. and they're gone.
Click... and all the chats are gone.
Click... and all the pics are in trash.
Click... and the phone number is deleted from the cell.
Click... and the person does not exist in any of social communities.
Click... click... click... and it is all over.



One can almost erase a chapter from one's life by doing this.

But how do you erase memories?

I wish we could...

    So true...one click and voila the next moment my orkut gt deleted :) nevertheless..i too wish the same..but v cud do one thng we could fill in new memories to if nt completly erase (cause thats not posible) but atleast fade out the old ones...hard but still give it a shot...

    You make much sense in your post. If only memories were that easy to erase. :) I guess a start to clicking delete towards things in relation to it could help fade it out bitsy. A start at least perhaps.

    yeah... i was going to ask the same question. even though our lives highly depend on technology these days, we are not really able to erase a person by a click. I totally disagree.

    I never thought of it the way you put it in this entry- this is true! Our lives is just a click away from everything, TV, car, friends, everything! but erasing these are only on the surface, not from the heart and mind surely...

    We can click everything easily as ABC..but we surely can't clik or erase our memories- the good or the bad one's just like that...

    u know LadyB... I can NEVER FORGET.. the good and the bad times. Sumtimes i do wish that i forget the BAD times, but howeever hard i try..i can't!
    There are some ppl with whom now i'm gr8 friends n stuff but i have had some "not-so-nice" memories in the past...i seriously wish these away but in vain!

    I guess all for a reason :)
