We share in Common (I)

I decided to look up what we all have in common. Yes being from the same specie and with a brain and heart which only has some difference of experience and exposure and rest of the wiring remains constant , this post is to see how well we gel and where we gel the most. Our abilities are almost the same and so is our definition of saint and evil. Let's see how far could other people be just the same as me or you. You could be thinking just like me, for some odd connection that we share.

1. In reality we all have this great ability to wear masks and a concealer and hide away the ache, pain and disturbances from all to decipher. For those who wanna show they can but like me, I know everyone has several set of problems and while walking down the street I have no idea about anyone's tragedy!

2. We have something which others use and we hardly ever have to accept when we are sarcastically using ourselves in third person. Yes our names. It is very nice to be referred to by a name. When someone you met once recalls and refers to you by your name (happens with me) I am happy, and it is a real thing.

3. A lot seek pity and sympathy and they will wear a frown all day long just to seek some attention. People are creatures which will want to spoil a happy atmosphere if they arent too happy about something. And to those they wish would ask 'what's wrong?' they'll try everything to show and not settle down unless asked.


4. We all relate to music. Lyrics have better words to our feelings than anything could ever have. For most, music is a reflection of who they are and their relationship to life. Every singer or band is a reflection of what we are or want to be at.


5. There was never a non-chaotic time in the world. When we are young and the world is carefree, we want to jump into adulthood, have our own money and luxury - but we never realize the cost we'll have to pay for it. We all make the mistake of growing up too fast.


6. Most people, in whichever profession, think they are the best and the most taken advantage of and under paid in their jobs. They always believe that they are too good for it and hence with that attitude make very little progress in life.


7. Most people love even though they know that it hurts and it breaks and is the most fragile of all things. Yet, we love and we fall and we rise and we love again. But our first love is never forgotten and never compensated for.


8. Show me the most beautiful woman in the world, and I’ll show you a man who’s bored with taking her to bed. Show me the most devoted husband, and I’ll show you a woman who feels that he’s just not doing enough. A lot of people are never satisfied because times are dependent of changes and advances and boredom is essential.


9. We have no idea what they want out of life, let alone how to get it. We read the ways to make the greatest achievements and the next minute we forget and we become part of the madding crowd. Others keep waiting for permission to go for what they want and spend their lives in being miserable and lost.


10. When you try hiding you from someone, that something is the first thing that is noticed and then even when you are embarrassed it just won't make things ok. It is better to not be so conscious and spend hours thinking how to hide.



So what so we have in common so far? I am sure most of us are similar and I believe those who just pick a point to stand out of the crowd, are doing so for the heck of it and 'be different'. There is no harm in being different but that stands apart from our similarities. We have a lot in common. We read each other. We comment on each others views. We are part of virtuality and we find our comforts here. Most of all, we are always there for each other. I am always more happy to be here scribbling away. What about you?
